The 2027 Eurovision Song Contest will be held in Bulgaria in May.
However, the dates have not been announced yet or the host city either.
Currently – 5 countries have expressed their interesting in participation in the contest:
Bulgaria, North Macedonia*, Germany, San Marino, Luxembourg, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Canada, Israel, Italy, Norway, Latvia and Romania.

Bulgarian broadcaster BNT has shared an update in early July on the process for selecting the Host City that will welcome us all in 2027, as the country prepares to host the Eurovision Song Contest for the very first time.
Following the completion of the first stage of the Host City selection process, which included an assessment of the technical specifications of the proposed venue, its compliance with the requirements of the European Broadcasting Union and the production standards of the Eurovision Song Contest, it’s been announced that the municipalities of Plovdiv and Varna have not advanced to the next round.
The bids submitted by both Burgas (Arena Burgas – Wikipedia) and Sofia (Arena Sofia – Wikipedia) have progressed to the next stage of the process; it will be one of those two cities that will host the 71st Eurovision Song Contest in 2027.
